Terms of Service

Flathead EXO (“EXO”, the “Service”) is a private application operated by Flathead Forge. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is invite-only and intended for Flathead Forge members and approved collaborators. You may use it only with an account that has been provisioned for you, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You retain all rights to the information you connect or create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that information solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any data source you link to the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another member’s data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Google, Microsoft, and Dropbox) at your direction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flathead Forge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including to protect the Service or its members. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
